Prooph - Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Prooph for your marketing communications needs.
This document outlines our refund policy, including terms and conditions for monthly and annual subscriptions.
Monthly Subscription - Updated Billing & Refund Terms
Monthly subscriptions begin with a free first month (30 days) from the date of initial activation.
After the first month:

Billing is calculated on a monthly basis, and any usage beyond the first 30 days is billed as a full month, regardless of the number of days used.

If a subscription is canceled within the first 90 days from the original start date, the user will be charged for each month (or partial month) used after the free first month, with no proration or partial refunds.
After 90 days:
- Monthly subscriptions continue on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled.
- If cancellation occurs after 90 days, a one (1) month cancellation fee will be charged.
- The current billing month (including any partial month) is non-refundable and billed in full.
At all times:
- No refunds are issued for partial months under any circumstances.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Users may cancel to avoid future charges.
- Any minute overages incurred (billed at $0.02 per minute) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any applicable refund amount upon cancellation.
Annual Subscription - Simplified Terms
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a 12-month period.
- Users have a 90-day cancellation window from the date of purchase.

If canceled within this 90-day period:
- Any partial month used will be billed as a full month.
- A refund will be issued for any unused full months only.
- No cancellation fee applies within the first 90 days.

After the 90-day window:
- Any partial month is billed as a full month.
- A one (1) month cancellation fee will be charged.
- A refund will be issued for any unused full months only, after applying the cancellation fee.
- No refunds are provided for partial months under any circumstances.
- Users may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the subscription term.
Refund Process
To cancel a subscription, users must submit a request through their Prooph
account settings or contact our billing team at billing@prooph.us.
- Refunds (if applicable) are calculated based on unused full months only, in accordance with the terms above.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds via check, money order, or cash are not supported.
Opting Out of Renewal
Users may opt out of automatic renewal at any time through their Prooph account settings.
- Opting out prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund outside the defined policy terms.
