In accordance with the conditions of our 90-day limited money-back guarantee, monthly clients have a 90-day period to cancel their accounts. Should an account be cancelled within this initial 90 days, clients will receive a refund for all unused whole months remaining on their subscription.

Yearly clients also benefit from the same 90-day cancellation window. If a yearly client cancels their account within the first 90 days, they will be refunded for all unused whole months, subject to an additional one-month cancellation fee. After the 90-day period, yearly accounts are billed for the entire subscription and no refunds will be provided.

Prooph is a subscription-based service. We do not sell advertising space on our platform, ensuring your proprietary data remains secure and confidential. We have never sold - and will never sell - any client information to third parties.

For 90 days after cancellation, your account logon, phone numbers, and marketing data remain available in case you resubscribe. Your phone numbers won't function during this time, and any calls or messages to them will be ignored. After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

You can delete numbers from your account and order new ones. However, canceling a number means you will stop receiving data from it and may only reclaim it if it remains unclaimed by others.

Yes, but rarely. From time to time, scheduled maintenance on our systems is necessary, which will temporarily restrict access to your account panel. These maintenance windows are typically short and are scheduled at 1:00 AM Pacific time to minimize disruption. In-progress calls will not be interrupted, and no new calls or texts will be lost during these maintenance periods, though account data updates may take up to 24 hours. Users will be notified by email in advance of any planned outages.

If you don't renew your subscription, you can buy the rights to your numbers for a small fee. This process is called porting. To keep using them, you'll need to port them to another service provider. For instructions, contact technical support at support@prooph.us.

The availability of numbers within specific area codes is not within our control. Numerous new adjacent and overlapping area codes are now accessible. Additionally, you have the option to select available numbers from most other U.S. area codes to broaden your business's presence.

Your proprietary data is processed internally for billing and system performance analysis. It is never shared with or sold to outside sources.

Campaign results are processed in real time, so you'll see them immediately. The speed of distributing your virtual phone numbers and QR codes to prospects affects how quickly you get results.

QR codes are downloaded from your Campaigns page. Each Campaign is assigned one custom QR code, and when you download it, you are provided with one .JPG file and one matching PDF file for identification purposes. The .JPG files can be scaled to almost any size. Do not use the PDF file for branding - they are supplied for reference only. Always confirm with your supplier that QR codes are scannable on your advertising materials before approving final production and delivery.
